Rituals of resilience are those that help us to take on difficult challenges and to bounce back from adversity. When we use rituals of resilience we buoy our own spirits and the spirits of others to work together to tackle important work and to find ways through challenging times. Some rituals serve to strengthen our skills of resilience so that they will be sharp when we need them most, while others help us to regain our sense of control when the worst happens.
